Shipping policy
Body Fuse products can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States, Canada, as well as overseas APO/FPO military addresses.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- DHL deliveries occur Monday-Friday and USPS deliveries occur Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.
- DHL does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
- Expedited orders will be processed the same day if the order is placed before 12 pm MST. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the following business day.
- Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package being shipped.
- Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.
- Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and in most cases, go out within 1-2 business days. Standard shipments within the contiguous US arrive in 1 - 7 business days, while shipments to Alaska and Hawaii arrive in 3 - 7 business days, but in this time of pandemic, these timeframes may be extended. We offer Express and Overnight shipping options if you need to ensure delivery by a specific days after the order is placed.
- Out of state shipments may be charged sales tax.
- International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value added taxes (VAT). All prices listed are in USD.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address keyed in at order.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow 1 business day for the carrier to update the tracking information.
